ESRI-MUG 2008 Annual Conference:

You don’t want to miss the ESRI MUG 2008 Annual Conference.  

It will be held on October 28-30, 2008 at the Clayton Hall

Conference Center on the campus of the University of

Delaware in Newark, Delaware.  We have guest rooms held at

The Courtyard Newark which is adjacent to the conference center.

The conference will feature ESRI taught workshops, keynote speakers, vendor exhibits, poster displays, user presentations, and ESRI technical sessions.  An evening social will be held on October 29th from 5–7 p.m.

This conference is the ideal, low-cost opportunity for managers and GIS professionals to get ESRI product information straight from ESRI experts and applications solutions from your colleagues.  You’ll be able to share ideas and information with your peers using ESRI software. 

Who Should Attend?

The ESRI-MUG Annual Conference is a must-attend event for planners, developers, supporters and users of ESRI products, and their managers and customers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Call for Papers

We encourage everyone to submit paper presentation abstracts and register for the conference as soon as possible so we can best plan for accommodations and events.  Paper abstracts should be submitted on-line at www.esrimug.org by June 27th, 2008.

One-Day Workshops Taught by ESRI

The conference will start off with a series of all-day workshops taught by ESRI staff on Tuesday October 28th.  This is a great low-cost way to get in-depth information directly from ESRI staff on a focused topic.

Conference Fees

·         $150 for the workshops on October 28, 2008 ($175 late registration);

·         $275 early bird registration for the conference on October 29-30, 2008 ($300 late registration);

·         $200 for presenters;

·         $140 for students; and

·         $650 for exhibitors ($700 late registration).
